Acton Bridge formerly Acton
(1837 - )


The station was opened with three platforms as Acton by the Grand Junction Railway in 1837 but was renamed Acton Bridge in 1870

Acton Bridge has two trains per hour in weekday peak hours, reducing to one every two hours outside the peaks and on Sundays, trains start later

Acton Bridge is un-staffed, however, tickets can be purchased from a self-service ticket machine, which is connected to the national network, located inside the booking hall
