Glyndyfrdwy railway station is a preserved railway station on the Heritage Llangollen Railway, and was formerly a station on the Ruabon to Barmouth line via Llangollen

It officially closed to passengers on January 18 1965 but closed prematurely due to flood damage on December 14 1964

After nearly 30 years, it was finally reopened in 1993 by the preserved Llangollen Railway. It is a passing place on the single line and has a signal box

Station House and The Porters' Lodge have been recently refurbished and are available as holiday accommodation
